Pricing FAQ

How are endpoints counted?
An endpoint is any device with the CIS Auditor Agent installed and enrolled in your tenant. Devices that haven't sent a heartbeat in over 90 days are automatically counted as inactive and do not consume a seat.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; you'll be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
Do you offer pricing for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs)?
Yes. MSSPs can use the Enterprise plan's multi-tenant mode to manage many customer environments from a single platform. Contact us for volume discounts and white-labelling options.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan is permanently free — no credit card, no time limit. It supports up to 3 endpoints with full CIS L1 checks, so you can evaluate the product thoroughly before upgrading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers (SEPA). Annual Enterprise plans can be invoiced. All prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is applied based on your billing country.
