These terms apply to your use of the Corvus Security platform — the dashboard, the agent software, and the APIs. If you use the service, you're agreeing to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf too.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. If something looks wrong, let us know at info@corvus-security.net.
You can use the dashboard and deploy the agent on machines you own or are authorised to manage. You can't resell or redistribute the software, and you can't try to reverse-engineer it.
Scan results, agent configs, compliance reports — that's all your data. We don't claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee it. The agent runs locally and keeps working during any downtime — it syncs back up automatically once the connection is restored. We'll give advance notice before any planned maintenance.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months. This doesn't affect statutory rights you have under German law.
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice. You can export your data at any time from the dashboard. We'll delete your data within 90 days of account closure, unless we're legally required to keep it longer.
German law applies to these terms. Any disputes go to the courts in our registered district.
If we make significant changes, we'll email active customers before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
